At Water Sun Clothing, your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return any UNOPENED merchandise for free within 30 days of the shipping date. We will even pay for the shipping and handling on returned merchandise! All returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization number ( RMA ). Please do not return any merchandise without obtaining an RMA. In order to obtain a RMA along with return instructions and the correct return address, please call 1-845-201-00004 or send an email to info@watersuncorp.com with the original order number, items and quantity of your returning merchandise. Please note that we pay for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise. We will issue a call tag to pick up the merchandise. Water Sun Clothing cannot accept any merchandise into our warehouse without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

We will issue a credit to the credit card used to make the purchase within 4 weeks of receiving your returned merchandise. You will receive a credit for the full purchase price and your return shipping and handling (but not the original shipping and handling charges).

If we inadvertently sent you the wrong merchandise… We’re sorry! We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us immediately. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the merchandise and you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling charges for your replacement merchandise. We will send the correct merchandise with the shipment method specified in the original order. Clearance/Final Sale items cannot be returned. You man, however, exchange them for items of equal or greater value!

Remember: an order that is refused at delivery will be considered a returned order. Returns that arrive within 30-60 days after the shipping date will be charged a 15% restocking fee on net cost of product. Returns that arrive 60 days after the shipping date will receive no credit.

Q. How do I know when my package is shipped?
A: You will be emailed a receipt upon placing your order. When your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
A: Please contact us by email or telephone to change your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped immediately, so it will not always be possible to make changes.

Q: How do you calculate the shipping rate?
A: Our shipping charge is determined by the weight of your package. We will always use the safest and least expensive means possible. While you are checking out, you will be informed of your shipping charge.

Q: Do you ship Overnight or Second Day Air?
A: Yes, we do! For Second Day Air service, an additional $3.95 will be added and for Next Day Air service, $5.95 will be added to the total amount.

Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: We ship to the United States and Canada. Sorry! We do not ship internationally at this time.

Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses? A: Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses but you must use the Economy Shipping option. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, watersunclothing.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. watersunclothing.com will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at watersunclothing.com while using the secure server.
